Our Occupational Health physiotherapists can come to your company to assess an individual’s workstation or a whole office.
We’ll check that everything is properly adjusted to suit the user and teach them how to do this for themselves.
We’ll also explain to employees how to correct their posture and work habits to prevent future problems and email them some video-based exercises to practice at their desk.
