Shelly is very experienced in remedial and sports massage for pain relief including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and Medical Acupuncture. She is also a qualified Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (LTA Cert) offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Shelly offers Pregnancy Massage and is a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA). She continues to develop her skills to bring the latest methods and techniques to all her clients.
