Chartered Physiotherapist
Michelle loves sport, in fact she represented her county in athletics, gymnastics and netball. This led her to take a Sports Science degree and later a Physiotherapy degree.
She graduated with a 1st class honours degree in physiotherapy from Kings College London. She then moved to Singapore, working in both hospitals and private clinics, treating a variety of conditions including postural problems, movement dysfunction and sports injuries.
Working as a musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist is where her passion and strengths lie. Previous experience in personal training, pilates and reformer training has really complimented her approach to physiotherapy treatment, especially when it comes to exercise prescription and creativity when treating patients.
Michelle made sure that we got to the real issue with my body
“Michelle made sure that we got to the real issue with my body, which has been misdiagnosed for years and was great at explaining why other things were going wrong as a result. She gave me some brilliant exercises to do and sent them in a video format so I couldn’t go wrong. I left feeling much better and more positive for recovery.”

Michelle was very thorough and professional.
“I went to see Michelle while suffering from sciatica. She taught me various exercises to alleviate the pain. Each week she emailed the exercises so I was able to do them at home. After about six weeks I was free of pain and armed with very useful exercises for the future. Michelle was very thorough and professional.”

I would always recommend Michelle to friends and colleagues who need a physiotherapist.
“I came to see Michelle because of severe sacroiliac joint pain. She saw me on the same day and diagnosed the problem after a very professional assessment. Her treatment and exercises helped to relieve the pain and I will soon be back to full strength. I would always recommend Michelle to friends and colleagues who need a physiotherapist.”
