Experienced Clinical Pilates Instructor
Expertise on both mat and reformer with specialist training in menopause
Katie’s journey into Pilates began following a diagnosis of autoimmune arthritis and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Through consistent practice, she rebuilt her strength, reduced pain and returned not only to daily life but also to the sport she loves—rowing.
She holds a Diploma in Clinical Pilates, alongside specialist training in menopause, allowing her to support clients through injury, long-term conditions and key life stages with expertise and care.
Katie’s approach is highly personalised and results-driven, with a strong focus on building strength. She creates tailored sessions that are precise, challenging and designed to maximise progress. With a keen eye for detail and a coaching-led style, she pushes each client to work beyond their comfort zone in a safe and supportive way.
Her goal is simple: to help clients feel stronger, more capable and confident in their bodies.
