He quickly diagnosed and had me back playing in no time…
“I have worked with Greg from when I was with the U23s and then with the first team at Colchester United. He first of all helped me with hip issues and took the time to listen to my problems and then designed a rehab programme which helped me return and continue playing. I’ve also had ankle sprains which he quickly diagnosed and had me back playing in no time with the ankle feeling much better.”

Greg has offered excellent care…
“Since working with the first team Greg has offered excellent care to me and the other players making sure that we always get the appropriate treatment. This could range from massage, mobs, rehab exercises and referring us for scans or consultants if needed. He’s been a big help in making sure that I stay fit and making a quick return from injuries.”

Greg has always taken the time to listen and help me…
“Since joining the club in the summer Greg has always taken the time to listen and help me with any niggles that I have felt from training and matches. He’s used a mixture of hands on and rehab exercises to make sure I’m back to full fitness for the next game.”
